We begin the 90-minute class with a quick paddling lesson followed by a warm-up paddle to a quiet spot on the lake where we will enjoy a 60-minute yoga session on stable, inflatable paddleboards. We finish with a floating savasana and mindful meditation before paddling back to shore. SUP Yoga includes breath awareness and a variety of gentle yoga poses. Adaptations will be provided to accommodate all skill levels. Our certified instructor will offer an encouraging space for you to explore breath and movement while floating on water. Finding stability in constantly changing environments (water | life) can be challenging, and this class offers an opportunity to find balance while experiencing the ebb & flow of the water under your board. Falling may be a part of this practice and provides an opportunity to reset and try again, just like we do in life.
