Sacred Awakening - Kundalini Four Part Series

Make a commitment to Join Michelle and Tammy for four Sundays, beginning October 9 and ending October 30. In community, build a devotional practice to yourself with intentional movement, breath, chant, and Kundalini as Muse journal reflections. We will connect with accountability partners, learn the foundations of Kundalini Yoga, discover how to begin a daily devotion practice, reflect, in writing, using Kundalini as Muse, and set intentions for a sacred devotional practice to yourself. Class Times: 1:00-3:00 PM You'll get access to a virtual video of the devotional Kundalini Kriya for your daily practice, the devotional kriya playlist, an accountability partner, and the tools with which to grow your daily spiritual practice. Class Themes: October 9 - Devotion to You October 16 - Devotion through Emotion October 23 - Devotion to Relationships October 30 - Devotion to the Divine All classes will begin with an intention circle, move into the Kundalini Kriya with Kundalini as Muse Journal Reflections, and end with a closing circle. Please bring a journal, pen/pencil, yoga mat, blanket, and any other props you may need. You may want to bring water and a head scarf and/or something to cover your head during reflection/intention circle time. About your teachers: Michelle Dunn-Loveless is a 500HR certified yoga teacher who guides Kundalini classes and uses the magic of Kundalini Yoga as a devotional practice for self-study. Tammy Burns is a 300HR certified yoga teacher and writing facilitator who uses Kundalini as a tool to melt mental writing blocks and kindle creativity.
