Outdoor Community Yoga

Connect with the healing power of nature while connecting with your own body and breath during this 60-minute outdoor yoga class with Outshine Yoga. These monthly classes offer beginner-friendly postures, connecting breath to gentle, mindful movements. These classes are for all ages, levels of fitness, and flexibility. No previous experience is necessary. Michelle, founder of Outshine Yoga, is a 500 HR Certified Yoga Instructor that brings a playful, nurturing presence to each class offering a supportive environment for every-BODY to try yoga. Alternate poses will be offered to support everyone dropping into their own breath and body. This practice is for all ages, levels of fitness, and flexibility. No previous experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat and bottled water. The location varies each month to highlight a special outdoor space and proceeds from each class are donated to a local non-profit. Walk ups are welcome. Cash or venmo can be paid on site. Advanced registration and more details available at outshineyoga.com. October 24 at 6PM at the bottom of Ross' Landing near the river. Donations go to the Tennessee Aquarium.
