In this 60-minute Community Yoga Session, we will gather on our mats surrounded by nature. All classes offer beginner-friendly postures, connecting breath to gentle, mindful movements. Modifications will be offered to support you in dropping into your own body and breath. This practice is for all ages, levels of fitness, and flexibility. No previous experience is necessary. Michelle is a 500 HR Certified Yoga Instructor that brings a gentle, mother earth presence to each class offering a safe and supportive environment for everyone.
